Terms and Conditions for Ascend AI Ltd

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the AI Sales Bootcamp ("Bootcamp") provided by Ascend AI Ltd ("Ascend AI", "we", "us", or "our"), a company established in Mauritius with its registered address at The Depot, Labourdonnais, Mapou, Mauritius.

By registering for the Bootcamp, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not register.

Services

The AI Sales Bootcamp provides cohort-based training sessions designed to help participants leverage AI tools, prompts, and workflows to improve sales performance. The Bootcamp includes:

• Six (6) live workshops delivered virtually over a defined cohort period
• Access to session recordings and templates
• A library of master prompts and course materials

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enrol in the Bootcamp. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

Payment & Refund Policy

Payment: The Bootcamp fee must be paid in full upon receipt of invoice. A seat is only confirmed once payment has been received.

Non-Refundable: All payments are strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether a participant attends all sessions, misses sessions, or withdraws from the Bootcamp after registration.

Attendance & Substitution Policy

Attendance: Participants are expected to attend the scheduled sessions for their cohort.

Substitution: If a participant cannot attend a particular session, they may nominate a substitute attendee by providing written notice at least 24 hours before the session.

Recordings & Materials: All registered participants will receive access to session recordings, templates, and course materials, even if unable to attend live.

Participant Responsibilities

Participants are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration details and contact information
• Ensuring stable internet access for virtual sessions
• Actively engaging in Bootcamp activities to maximise results

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the Bootcamp. This includes, but is not limited to, training content, processes, or participant business information disclosed during sessions.

Intellectual Property

All Bootcamp materials, including but not limited to slides, templates, prompts, and recordings, remain the exclusive property of Ascend AI. Participants are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for their own business purposes. They may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without written consent from Ascend AI.

No Warranty

The Bootcamp is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Ascend AI makes no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, revenue growth, or client acquisition as a result of participation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ascend AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the Bootcamp. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount of fees paid for the Bootcamp.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be resolved by arbitration in Mauritius, conducted in English, in accordance with the rules of the Mauritius Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) or the LCIA-MIAC Arbitration Centre. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

Changes to Terms

Ascend AI reserves the right to update or amend these Terms from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated via email or published on our website.
