Terms and Conditions for AscendAI Ltd
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of ascendai.tech and its free tools, and to the services provided by AscendAI Ltd ("AscendAI", "we", "us" or "our"), a company established in Mauritius with its registered address at The Depot, Labourdonnais, Mapou, Mauritius.
By using this website or our free tools, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
Our Services
AscendAI runs LinkedIn for professional and financial services firms: content written in the executive's own voice, outreach sent from the executive's own profile, reply handling until a meeting is booked, and a client portal showing where every conversation stands.
Note: Every client engagement is governed by a signed Service Agreement between the client and AscendAI Ltd. That agreement sets out the deliverables, fees, term and notice period. Where it differs from these Terms, the Service Agreement applies.
Fees and Payment
Fees are set out in the Service Agreement and invoiced monthly in advance. Invoices are payable within the period stated in the Service Agreement. Any paid advertising spend is charged directly to the client. Bank charges and transfer fees are for the client's account.
Term and Cancellation
The initial term is set out in the Service Agreement. After it, the engagement continues month to month until either party gives written notice by email, received before the start of the month in which it is to take effect. Fees for services delivered up to the end of the engagement remain payable.
Free Tools
Our free tools, including the LinkedIn pipeline check and the DM study, are provided for information only. Their results are an indication, not professional advice.
Confidentiality
We keep confidential any information about a client's business that we receive in the course of our work, and we do not disclose it to third parties without the client's written consent.
Intellectual Property
Each party keeps ownership of the intellectual property it held before the engagement. The content on this website, including text, graphics and the free tools, belongs to AscendAI and may not be copied or redistributed without our written consent.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
We perform our services with reasonable care and skill, using qualified people and in line with applicable laws. Results depend on many factors outside our control, so we do not guarantee specific meetings, revenue or clients, unless the Service Agreement says otherwise.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AscendAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of this website, our free tools or our services. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the fees paid to us under the relevant engagement.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius. Any dispute will be resolved by a neutral arbitrator in Mauritius, in English.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
